Caring for our community
The Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic has been a community effort since its founding in 1999 and owes its success to the gracious spirit of volunteerism found in Southern Utah among community members.
The Clinic receives no federal funding and relies on private donations and grants from local businesses and community members to operate. Your donations directly fund our operations, utilities, supplies, and equipment — we could not exist nor treat nearly 15,000 patient visits every year without you. We have over 35 volunteer physicians, advanced practice providers, mental health counselors, and support staff who volunteer their time to provide access to affordable health care to the uninsured and low-income family members, friends, and neighbors in our community.
In the past year alone, your donations directly funded the care and treatment for almost 15,000 patient visits.
The Clinic holds an annual fundraiser, our black-tie Gala. This fundraiser is responsible for a significant portion of our fundraising budget. We invite you to join our next Gala event and enjoy an evening of entertainment.
We are especially grateful for local businesses and community members who donate monthly on a recurring basis or annually in support of affordable health care. Your donation makes a material impact on our ability to continue serving our patients and providing services to the underserved in our community. Help us make a difference with your donation today!

DONATION FAQ
-
We use Zeffy (formerly Simplyk), a 100% free donation platform funded by contributions from generous donors like you. The model is based on transparency: 100% of your donation goes to Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic, whereas other donation platforms take a percentage.
This is why Zeffy asks for a voluntary contribution, or “tip”: to help pay the bank fees, support the operation of the platform, and allow Doctors’ Volunteer Clinic and thousands of other non-profits to increase their impact and change the world. You can opt out of this charge with no penalty.
-
You have a few different options:
1. Set the tip amount to $0 and proceed with your payment online.
2. Write a check to Doctor’s Volunteer Clinic.*
Mail or drop off in person to:
1036 E. Riverside Dr
St. George, UT 84790
*Your tax receipt will not be automatically generated, and may take a few weeks to process by the DVC fundraising team.
